She was predeceased by: her son Brian Jezyk; her father Raymond Mackie; her stepmother Molly Mackie (Mosher); her sibling Eddie Mackie; and her stepbrother Joey Tunstall.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Jezyk; her brother Daniel; her sister-in-law Rita Jezyk; her nieces, Danielle Barry (Peter) of Holden and Suzie Doherty (Kevin) of Billerica; and her daughter-in-law Marta Jezyk of Kennesaw, Georgia.. She is also survived by husband, family and friends.
A contribution in her memory may be made to the Brian Jezyk Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of the Millbury Credit Union 50 N. Main Street, Millbury, MA.
