He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Heidi (Todd) of Louisville, KY and Andrew (Monica) of East Northport, NY; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Casey (Seth), Zoe, Calvin and Philip; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ken (Leah), Melanie (Kevin), Evan, Julia, Ella and Tyler; and his cousin John R. Greenwood.
