He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Palmer and Christina Palmer (Riley); and his daughter Christine I. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Irene M. Palmer (Dondzila); his daughter Jennifer D. (Kevin Leonard) of Sutton; his sister Margaret Parkinson of Whitinsville; and his grandchildren, Courtney and Kyleigh.
