She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeBoer and Hilda DeBoer; her siblings, Jimmy and Rona; and her sons, David Putnam and Robert Herbert.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Putnam (Steve Willette); her siblings, Robert DeBoer (Grace) and Carol Leyda; her grandchildren, David Frazier, Tianna Mellen (Kris), Madysn Willette-Putnam, Morgan Willette-Putnam and Nicole Lyons; her great grandchildren, Illiana Frazier, Mikalina Hackett, Kristopher and Benjamin Mellen; and her pet Keeper.
