He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Jack and Doris Gibson (Jean); and his siblings, Larry Jack and Gail L. Graham. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Jack (Rheaume); his daughters, Jennifer Jack (Stephen Rainville) of Northbridge and Stephanie St. Jacques (Nathan) of Auburn; his sisters, Joyce Goodson, Debbie Clayton and Lois Lytsel; his grandchildren, Emilina and Gage; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Watterson (Jack) and Roger Rheaume (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
