He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Gavin and Gertrude Gavin (Adams); his grandson Kyle Gavin; and his siblings, Donald, William, James Gavin, Teresa Basilica, Barbara Schulman and Kathy Gavin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Gavin (Noel); his children, June Courville and Daniel Gavin (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Bill White (Kristin Foley), Steven Courville, Awtumn Courville, Bryce Gavin, Aliyssa Courville and Summer Leblanc; his great grandchildren, Ashton White and Ayni Crews; and his siblings, Ann Franco, Dorothy Landry (Richard) and Paul Gavin. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors.
