He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester P. Hanratty, Sr. and Pearl Ann Hanratty (Leary); and his sister Patricia Ann Hill. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hanratty (McCarthy); his siblings, Jay Hanratty of Auburn, Jan Hanratty of Millbury, Joan Giorgio (Dave) of Millbury and Shawn Hanratty of Millbury; his brother-in-law Michael Hill; his aunt Joan Hanratty of Millbury; his brother-in-law Kevin McCarthy of Sutton; and his mother-in-law Patricia McCarthy of Millbury. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews and eight great nieces and nephews.
