She was predeceased by: her son George Leavens; her brother William Mackenzie; and her former husband George Leavens. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Leavens and John Leavens (Christine); and her grandchildren, John, Megan, Katelynn, Jackie and Brittney. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
