He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Megan and Jami Levine; his close friend Stephanie Levine; his siblings, Glenn Levine (Alisa) and Mitchell Levine (Julie); his nieces and nephews, Rozzie Rodwin (Ben), Avi Levine (Arielle), Mathew Levine (Anne), Jordan Levine (Marco Caparrotta) and Joshua Levine (Laura Frasier); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie Rodwin, Zoe Levine and Shayna Rodwin.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Kidney Fund or Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
