He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Portais and Hazel Portais (Fenner). He is survived by: his wife Vicki J. Portais (Corey); his cousins, Jean Rice (Paul) of Auburn, Richard Fenner (Cindy) of Douglas and Edward Fenner III (Diane) of Worcester; and his sister-in-law Diane Millard (Bruce) of Barrington, RI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice or flowers are welcome.
