He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rios Padilla and Amelia Pinedo. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Lydia Tello; his children, Milagros Sanchez (Marcos) of Uxbridge, MA and Warren M. Rios (Yules) of Milford, MA; his grandsons, Mark Sanchez, David Sanchez, Jeremy Sanchez and Noah Rios; and his sister Amelia Rios Degordon of Peru.
Due to COVID-19 and the family's concern for the wellbeing of everyone the use of face masks will be required for all facets of the funeral services.
