He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Foley and Elizabeth Foley (Sheehan); and his brother Daniel M. Foley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Foley (Gallagher); his siblings, Mary E. Rourke of Harwich, Anna Scanlon (Roxbury), Julia Burns of Andover, Elizabeth Curtain (Roxbury) and Michael J. Foley (Roxbury); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Foley. He is also survived by uncle and cousin, leaving behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
