It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Delfanti of Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Anna Mitchell (Heyboer) of Milford, MA; her husband Thomas Charles Delfanti; her sons, Mark Delfanti (Kara Johnson) and Michael Delfanti of Charlestown, MA.; her brother John (Ann Mitchell) of Rochester, NY.; her sisters-in-law, Terrie Sharp (Paul) and Mary Delfanti; and her father George Mitchell.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and the family's concern for the wellbeing of family members & friends a Private.
