She was predeceased by: her husband John E. O'Connor Jr.; her parents, George Carlson and Martha E. Carlson (Green) of Worcester; her children, John E. O'Connor III (Jackie) and Carol A. Pizzi (O'Connor); and her siblings, John A. Carlson, Billie Blanchet, Doris Jacobson and Edith Bissell.

She is survived by: her son Larry (Wendy O'Connor) of Bellingham; her son-in-law Alex Pizzi of Franklin; her grandchildren, Christopher Pizzi of Plainville, Dr. Todd Pizzi of San Diego, CA, Eric Pizzi of Newton, Holly Hazelton (O'Connor) of Weymouth and Ryan O'Connor of Bellingham; and her great grandchildren, Serena, Vex, Laina, Sophia, Chace, Carolyn Grace, Scarlett, Grayson, Penelope and Lily June. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends and family.
