He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Francis "Fitter" Cahill and Marguerite "Rita" Cahill (Midgley); his sister Janet DePasquale (Cahill); and his brothers-in-law, Frederick Ring Jr. and Joseph Niro.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Cahill (Ring); his children, John Cahill (Celeste) of Uxbridge, MA, Teresa Yost (Matthew Wilson) of Milford, MA, Debra Hazard (Shawn Hazard) of Royersford, PA and Jerald Cahill (Julie) of Milford, MA; his grandchildren, Emily Cahill, Madison Cahill, Kathryn Cahill, Ava Cahill, Megan Chasse, Shannon Yost, Kyle Yost, Devin Yost, Chelsea Feehery, Taylor Hazard, Hannah Hazard, Jacob Cahill and Andrew Cahill; his great grandchildren, Landon Geary, Declan Geary, Natalie Yost and Finn Feehery; his sister Brenda Niro (Cahill) of Milford, MA; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Walter Bacon of Franklin, MA and Joan Lonowski of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
