He was predeceased by: his wife F. Jayne Moore (McGrath); and his parents, Joseph Moore and Mary W. Moore (White). He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Francis Lesack of Uxbridge, MA, Gary Smith (Chantal) of Bellingham, MA, Glenn Smith (Shannon) of Maryland, Colleen Demers and Jo Carnaroli (Robert) of Bellingham, MA. He is also survived by several grandnieces; grandnephews; great grandnieces & great grandnephews.
