He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard A.. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth G. Hickey (Brigham); his brother Bernard A. Hickey Jr.; his wife Rosanne of Milford; and his sister Elizabeth Mack of Natick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grand nieces.
