It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita O'Brien of Milford, Massachusetts, born in Holliston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest "Ted" O'Brien; her parents, James Moore and Celia Moore (Doherty); and her siblings, Leonard Moore, Joseph Moore, Helen Moore and Gerald Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Ernest E. O'Brien III (Paula) of Westminster, MA, Mary O'Leary (Stephen) of Milford, MA, James O'Brien of Pawtucket, RI, Patrick O'Brien (Donna) of Hopkinton, MA and Theresa Gaines (Michael) of Yarmouth, MA; her grandchildren, Patrick O'Brien (Jennie), Daniel O'Brien, Michael O'Leary, Conor O'Brien, Taylor O'Brien, Liam O'Brien, Haley Gaines and Ross Gaines; and her great grandchildren, Teddy James O'Brien and Kevin Francis O'Brien. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Due to COVID-19 and the family's concern for the wellbeing and safety of family members & friends, a Private.
