Chupka (Susan) of Douglas and Daniel A. Chupka (Christine) of Charlton; his nieces and nephews, Alex, Nicholas, Zac, Madeline, Louisa, Haley and Kylie; and his aunt Caroline Prince (Roger) of Franklin. He is also survived by several cousins, as well as his many friends.
