It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard A Chupka (Milford, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Chupka and Madeline Chupka (Vecchione). He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine A. Carleton (Chuck) of Lansdale, PA, David A. Chupka (Susan) of Douglas and Daniel A. Chupka (Christine) of Charlton; his nieces and nephews, Alex, Nicholas, Zac, Madeline, Louisa, Haley and Kylie; and his aunt Caroline Prince (Roger) of Franklin. He is also survived by several cousins, as well as his many friends.
