He is survived by: his mother Catherine Birmingham (McKenzie) of Milford, MA.; and his sisters, Teresa Birmingham of Milford, MA, Pamela (Michael Lux) of Shrewsbury, MA and Elizabeth (Charles Lamberson) of Uxbridge, MA.
