She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Holmes; and her parents, Joseph A. Tassie and Winifred G. Tassie (Christy). She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Holmes (Ellen) of Hopkinton, MA, Cynthia M. "Cindy" Canal (Daniel Canal) of Upton, MA and Catherine A. "Katie" Pettingell (Mark Pettingell) of Waltham, MA; her grandchildren, Dennis Canal (Denise Canal), Ann Marie Salvatore (Daniel Salvatore), Jack Gustafson, Joseph Gustafson (Addi Gustafson), Robert E. Holmes (Michelle Holmes), Rachel Holmes, Theodore Pettingell and Matthew Pettingell; and her friends, Jay and Vera Ring of Milford, MA.. She is also survived by her 8 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
