She was predeceased by: her husband Donald N. Guido; and her parents, Richard Hazard and Anna Hazard (O'Donnell). She is survived by: her daughter Barbara J. Guido; her grandson Diondre Daniels of Milford, MA; and her siblings, Kenneth Hazard and Shirley Hutchinson. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 social gathering restrictions a Private Graveside Service will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA.
