She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth B. Parker, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Kitty Brosnahan and Malcom Smith; her nephew Wayne Smith; and her niece Michelle Brosnahan.
She is survived by: her parents, Mary Birmingham (Parente) and Fred Birmingham; her children, Kenneth Parker Jr. of Watertown, SD, Kerrie Geer of Murfreesboro, TN, Kimberly Hazuka (Calvin) of Tyler, TX and Katie Parker (Lance Peters) of Milford; her grandchildren, Allison, Amanda, Nicholas, Nicole, Katlyn, Raven, Madison, Jordan and Jayden; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Scarlett, Cameron and Cruz; her sister Joann Smith of Milford; her nephew Craig Smith (Sandra) of Milford; her great-niece Ana; her great-nephews, Leo and Stephen Smith (Jenna) of Bellingham; and also, Juliet and Scotland.
