He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, James C. Woodard of Dallas, TX, Dawn Woodard of Morristown, NJ and Ollie C. Woodard II; his grandchildren, Maverick and Madison Woodard of York, PA; his stepdaughter Shannon Lizotte of Florida; and his brother Bruce Woodard of Raleigh, NC..
A memorial will not be held but gifts in his memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
