He is survived by: his children, Jay MacInnis (Stephanie) of Deerfield, NH, Craig MacInnis of Mansfield, MA, Dawn Slade (David) of Holliston, MA and Robert Giudicianni (Danielle) of Mansfield, MA.; his brother Ron MacInnis of Bristol, RI.; his grandchildren, Nicole, Dylan, Daniel Slade of Holliston, MA, Tristan, Lilli MacInnis of Mansfield, MA, Thomas and Justin Giudicianni of Mansfield, MA.; and his pets, Pal and Princess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
