He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Price Spivack; his children, Lisa Beth Price, Deborah Lee Price and David William Spivack; his daughter-in-law Janis Nakano Spivack; his grandchildren, Arielle Spivack and Samantha Rucki (James Rucki); and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Hunter and Dylan Rucki.
