She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Gaffney; her parents, Oscar P. and Mary P. Hebert (Prendible); her son Donald Gaffney Jr.; and her brothers, Phillip Hebert and John "Jack" Hebert.
She is survived by: her son Richard Gaffney of Milford, MA; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Gaffney, Randel Gaffney, Jeremy Gaffney, Bryan Gaffney and Kelsey Gaffney. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
