She was predeceased by: her husband Martin J. Johnson; her parents, John Caruso and Mary Caruso (DePalma); and her siblings, Nicholas Caruso and Lucille Costello.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John M. Johnson (Diane Milani-Johnson) of Carpenteria, CA, Brian A. Johnson (Susan) of Upton and Jean M. Johnson (Richard Dean) of Wesley Chapel, FL; her sister Jeanette LeBlanc of Upton; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Johnson, Erica Johnson, William Johnson, Ryan Dean and Kyle Dean.
