He was predeceased by: his parents, Elinor Rule (Koehler) and Frank Rule; and his former wife Deborah Rule (Bischof). He is survived by: his wife Lucille V. Rule (Wilkinson) of Milford; his children, Ian Rule (Rosa), Clodagh Drummey (John), Lucas Rule (Varun), Murphy Rule (Linette), Jasmine Gillis (Tom) and Michelle Urquhart; his grandchildren, Azules and Sean Rule; his children, Maera, Amelia Drummey, Noah Gillis, Kenley and Abigail Rule; and his sisters, Patricia Rule and Eileen Kirkwood (Tim).
