With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen A. Czajka of Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Smith (Malloy) and Arthur Mehlman; her stepfather Leslie Smith; her children, John Czajka and Kristina Ferrioli (Bill) of Monroe; her siblings, Arthur Mehlman II (Sandra) of Natick, Cheryl Mehlman of Framingham and Harold Smith (Donna) of Marlborough; her stepbrother Leslie Smith, Jr.; her grandchildren, Alexa Weeks of Milford, Christopher Weeks (Alexa Jordan) of Uxbridge, Nicholas Ferrioli and Iris Autrey of Monroe; and her nieces and nephews, Sophia Smith McFadden of Sudbury, Jennifer Mehlman of Natick, Russell Smith of Framingham, Kelly Smith of Livermore Falls and Harrison. She was also cherished by numerous loving cousins, and a great group of friends.
