He was predeceased by: his spouse Helen T. Knox (Kapatoes); his parent Clarence Knox; and his siblings, Albert Knox, Frederick Knox, Roy Knox, Alice Sharp and Ernestine Phipps.
He is survived by: his parent Alice M. Knox (Walker); his son John J.; his wife Shirley Knox of Sutton; his daughter Kimberly E. Knox (Richard Souza); his grandchild Amy Knox Wolf (Mitchell) of Milford; his great grandchild Lilly; and his sister Mildred Silverberg of Hardwick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
