He is survived by: his parent Louisa Gulino (Grillo); his daughter Ann Marie Minard of Woonsocket; his grandchildren, Lynn DePaolo of Bellingham, David W. DePaolo Jr. of Attleboro and Lisa DePaolo of North Smithfield; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Tremblay and Nathan Tremblay; his sisters, Lucy Malia and Ann Francis Hill; and also Milford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
