She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon and Irene (Shaw); and her husband James C. Ouellet. She is survived by: her brother Daniel Powell (Diane) of Upton; and her children, Cathleen Wiley Berube (Steve Berube) of Millbury, Matthew Wiley (Kory) of Blackstone and Jason Wiley (Sabrina) of Hopkinton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
