She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Ternove; her parents, Theodore Lewczyshyn and Anastasia Lewczyshyn (O'Konski); her grandson Matt Hinks; and her siblings, Ann Curtis and Anthony Lewczyshyn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deb Ternove (Blair DeWitt) of Upton, MA and Eileen Hinks of Lexington, VA; and her granddaughter Kelly Hinks of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
