He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick R. Boehm and Myrtle Lena Boehm (Curry); and his daughter Linda Marie Boehm. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Boehm (Reilly); his children, Karen Mullen (Brian Mullen) of Millbury, MA and Frederick R. Boehm Jr. (Jamie Rose Fitzgerald); his grandchildren, Kelly Pollard (Justin Pollard) of Upton, MA, Brian Mullen Jr. of Uxbridge, MA, Lucas Erich Boehm of Uxbridge, MA and Dylan Charles Boehm of Uxbridge, MA; and his great grandchildren, Emilia Pollard, Brooks Pollard and Vivienne Pollard. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
