He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon H. Stevens (Newell). He is survived by: his wife Helen D. Stevens (Lucas); his father Frederic C. Stevens III; his daughter Jessica E. Stevens of Milford, MA; his stepmother Joyce Stevens of Hoschton, GA; his sister Elizabeth Gault of Atlanta, GA; his nephew Sidney Gault of Norcross, GA; and his brother David J. Stevens of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 6 grandnieces & grandnephews and 3 cousins.
Social distancing protocols and use of face masks will be required for all facets of funeral services.
