He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McNeilly and Harriet McNeilly (Emerson). He is survived by: his wife Dianne "Muffin" Butler McNeilly; his children, Scott (Tala McNeilly), Sean McNeilly (Catherine Litke) and Shannon (CJ Martin); and his grandchildren, Liam, Myra McNeilly, Aila McNeilly, Hallie and Macie Martin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
