He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sebastiano Noe and Lucille G. Noe (Visconti). He is survived by: his daughters, Mandy E. Noe of Woonsocket, RI and Savanna H. Noe of Woonsocket, RI; his stepdaughter Becky DaCruz of Woonsocket, RI; his grandchildren, Makayla Litterio, Michael DaCruz Jr., Vivian DaCruz, Fayth Noe and Lucille Noe-Medina; his sisters, Donna O'Rourke and Ann Rynne; and his niece Ashley O'Rourke.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association, 93 Worcester Street, Wellesley MA 02481.
