He is survived by: his spouse Jason Barry Garland; his daughter Christine Rodrigues (Andrew Morton) of Jamestown, NY; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Rodrigues, Elijah Rodrigues, Rynae Darr, Jace Morton and Xavier Morton; his siblings, Pamelia McKinney of Memphis, TN, James Franklin McKinney of Albuquerque, NM, Christopher Stricker of Mesa, AZ and Kathy Stricker-Ruttman of Corpus Christi, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Edward McGowen, Meg McGowen of Memphis, TN, CJ and Hannah Rentz of Simpsonville, SC.. He is also survived by husband of 23 years and their pet dog.
