He is survived by: his spouse Rose; his children, David P. Niro (Linda) and Daniel A. Niro Jr.; his wife Susan of Milford; his sister Jennie Dore of Milford; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Niro, Timothy Niro, Jennifer Niro and Jason Niro. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
