She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Kelley and Nancy I. Kelley (Farrell); and her sister Sarah Summers. She is survived by: her son Matthew J. Kelley (Emily) of Milford, MA; her granddaughters, Ava I. Kelley and Olivia R. Kelley of Milford, MA; and her siblings, Mark Kelley, Steven Kelley and Mary Helmuth. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

She had dedicated herself to helping others, both through formal organizations and through personal acts of charity & kindness.
