She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Mary E. Lewis (Alphonse). She is survived by: her siblings, Marguerite M. Lee of East Wareham, MA and William Lewis (Patricia) of Woburn, MA; her nephew Michael Lee; and her nieces, Michelle, Renee, Stacey and Amanda.
