He is survived by: his wife Aimee M. Mercer (Merritt); his children, Kelsi Mercer, Nicole Mercer, Bryan Mercer and Justin Mercer; his grandchildren, Myah Rae, Niko Anthony, Joshua, Destiny and Jaxen Smith; and also Laura Santiago. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.
