Bouchard of Middleton, Massachusetts, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Bouchard; and her parents, Robert Holsworth and Leah Holsworth (Ingalls). She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Smith of Danvers and Pauline Caldwell (Dana) of Derry, NH; and her grandchildren, Jennifer LaBonte, Andrew Smith, Robert Smith, Heather Evans, Katie Caldwell and Dana Caldwell, Jr.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
