Bozek (Middleton, Massachusetts), born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 14, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James Bozek, Jr. and Sandra A. Bozek (Smith) of Middleton; his aunts, Diane Wright (Bob) of Lynn and Kathy Smith of Hamilton; his uncle Richard Hanson (Carole) of Sandown, NH; and his friends, Michael Donahue and Kathy Donahue.
