We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2019, at the age of 57, Cynthia A. Rubchinuk (Middleton, Massachusetts), born in Danvers, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Mendalka and Patricia Anna Mendalka (Mallett); and her sibling John Mendalka Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Mark Rubchinuk Sr. of Middleton; her children, Beth Dougherty of Hampton, N. H., Fred Dougherty of Philips, ME, Mark Rubchinuk Jr (Serena Anderson) of Salem and Robert Rubchinuk (Caitlin) of Boxford; and her sisters, Karen Bouchard (Ronald) of Farmington, ME and Kathy Davis (David Smith) of Ipswich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Wednesday, April 3rd from 4 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Cindy's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude pl., Memphis, TN, 38105.
