He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Stankauskas and Bernice Stankauskas (Vermoskie); and his brother William "Bill" Stankauskas. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Stankauskas (Pontes); his children, Latasha Stankauskas of Hull and Sasha Stankauskas of Middleborough; and his stepchild Casey Shoemaker of Taunton.
