He was predeceased by: his father Herbert F. Ouellette (late Joan) of Plymouth. He is survived by: his son Evan M. Ouellette (Nichole Henderson) of Carver; his mother Sandra Jean Ouellette (Guild); his siblings, Michael Scott Ouellette, Bonnie Andrade (Frank) of Plymouth, Herbert Ouellette, Jr. of New York and Timothy Ouellette (Bonnie McDonough) of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Ericka Richards (Chris) of Mashpee, Frank Andrade, Jr. (Bianca) of North Carolina, Amanda Mazetis (Evan) of Fall River and Timmy Ouellette, Jr. of Brockton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley, Noah, Savanah, Teagan, Jace, Brayden, Isabella, Ryleigh and Charlize. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
