He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Bouchard and Margaret Bouchard (Parent); and his daughter Renee Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bouchard (Gauthier) of Fall River; his children, Elaine Kain of Middleborough, Michael Bouchard (Kim) of North Attleborough, David Bouchard (Laura) of Taunton, Jeffrey Bouchard (Sherri) of Mansfield, Peter Bouchard (Sheila) of Rehoboth, Paul Bouchard of Amesbury and Chris Bouchard (Lori) of Taunton; and his sister Geraldine Kempf (Gerard). He is also survived by siblings, their spouses and many nieces and nephews.
