She is survived by: her daughter Julianne Carroll of Taunton; her parents, Michael Evans and Marilyn Evans (Rumsey) of Middleborough; her sisters, Rachelle Evans of Middleborough and Dawn Evans of Middleborough; her nieces, Kaitlyn Creamer and Brianna Creamer; her former husband David Carroll of Rhode Island; and her pet Emry.
